Not to place any bets (only on the Grand National, of course) but if you had to, then these 5 artist additions to the Warner family would be the hot favourites to make a name for themselves in the near future. Let's check them out:

L Devine (Melodic Pop)

Look up the phrase 'effortlessly cool' and I'm pretty sure the definition will be 'L Devine'. Jumping from heavily melodic to preppy pop in just the chorus of one song marks her versatility as an artist and ability to engage the listener from the get go. The 21-year old British beauty's latest EP is entitled - 'Peer Pressure'.  Listen to singles 'Nervous' (* I really like this one, I get 1975 vibes) and  'Peer Pressure'

Label: Warner Bros. Records

JC Stewart (Soul Pop / Indie Pop)

With the voice every serial cigarette smoker wished their dirty habit would give them, JC Stewart would make even the coldest of hearts melt with just a single sentence from any song his sultry voice covers. Check out his cover of Post Malone's - Sunflower. He's like the lovechild of James Bay and John Mayer and will be touring with one of Northern Ireland's other talented musicians - Snow Patrol, on their European tour - Wildness in 2019, don't miss it. Check out JC Stewart's cover of Cyndi Lauper's - 'Girl's Just Wanna Have Fun' and his own song 'Medicine'.

Label: Warner Bros. Records

Hamzaa (Soul Pop / R&B)

You don't get to feature on Jools Holland's show unless you're talented so let that speak volumes for the 19 year olds fantastic performance of her track 'You' on the popular music show late last year. The Hackney born beauty has brought much attention to her self-penned songs. With her rawness and 'do it yourself' attitude seeing her rack up millions of views across streaming platforms to date. If you ever need a song to wind down to try the chill vibes of 'Stranded Love' and 'Breathing' (*my favourite one). You'll be out for the count by the second verse, trust me, so soothing! Checkout Hamzaa's 2019 tour here. Latest EP: 'First Signs Of Me'.

Label: Parlophone

Ashnikko (Hip-Hop/Rap)

I feel like she's the dream girl in anyone's beautiful nightmare. Her music videos must be what it's like to be on drugs, right? First impressions - alternative is an understatement. She's visually out there that's for sure, when it came to her music  this boldness reigns supreme once again. The more I watched her the videos the more engrossed I became. Three of my  of my favourite tracks from the American-born London-based rapper are 'Blow', 'Halloweenie' and 'No Brainer'. I love her zero f*cks attitude, crude lyrics and quite simply her authenticity.

Label: Parlophone

Mahalia (R&B)

Smooth and sassy vocals from the 'One Night Only' songstress.  The Brit Award nominee has been serenading us with her sultry voice on tracks such as 'Surprise Me' and 'I Wish I Missed My Ex' (personal fave) and shows no signs of slowing down.  Mahalia is currently on tour, don't miss out on this stunning artist.

Label: Atlantic Records
