Whether you've been a football fan since the dawn of time or whether you've been sucked into the footie world post-World Cup, it might seem like there aren't any job roles catering to you if you're a creative. Don't fear though - if you want a role in the creative industry and want to incorporate your sporting obsession, here are jobs you can do!

1. Football Writer

Love creating content? Football writers are always in need! Whether it's covering the World Cup, the UEFA European Championships, or the Africa Cup of Nations, football writers are key for keeping fans updated. If you've got journalism experience, check out sports magazines or newspapers for upcoming roles!

2. Kit Designer

If you love fashion design and have a passion for sportswear, why not pursue a career in designing football kit? The likes of Adidas, Nike and Puma all create kits, and offer creative fashion design roles, so if you want to see your designs on the likes of Harry Kane and Dele, consider a career in this field!

3. Sponsorships Manager

Do you work in advertising or marketing? Do you love the idea of collaborating huge football events with major companies? If so, a career in Sponsorships might be the path for you. Whether it's linking the likes of William Hill or brands like Sky and Nike, it's a fun and fast-paced job!

4. Social Media Producer

If you're on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram as soon as a goal is scored, maybe you should consider a role in social media. Many sports websites require social media producers to cover trending stories, create content and collaborate with brands on story ideas!

5. Trophy Guilder

Trophies are the symbol of football, and they're created with much care. A trophy is often designed from individual components, using materials such as metallic foil and gypsum. If you enjoy manufacturing, sculpting or graphic design, consider a career in trophy guilding - these roles all contribute to creating the end goal.
